The building has a height of 5.0 metres to eaves and the lean-to measures 3.28 metres to eaves. The building and lean-to have eaves height entrance doors. The building has solid concrete floors and is connected to mains water and electricity.
Building 3 – a range of buildings relate to the historic use of the site and its former role in the Iron Stone Industry. The buildings are of brick construction under pitched slated roofs. The buildings are in a dilapidated state and are currently not in use.
The site has a mains water supply and three phase electricity supply. The site is crossed by high Voltage overhead electricity lines. There is no mains drainage.
The Freehold interest in the property is offered for sale as a whole by Private Treaty, subject to the existing lease.

Following on from this, in 2016 a Lawful Development Certificate was obtained from Kettering Borough Council confirming the use of the entire site as a haulage yard for the parking and storage of vehicles and their associated repair and maintenance. The haulage yard is operational 24/7 with no operating hour restrictions.
