Associate: Peter Moore MSc MRICS, FAAV Following graduation from Reading University, Peter went on to secure a Masters Degree from The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. Peter trained with a large Rural Estate in North West Cambridgeshire, followed by 4 years working in South Lincolnshire. Peter joined the firm in 2007 and specialises in all aspects of development land including planning promotion work and planning applications as well as advising on the marketing and sale of development land, including options and promotion agreements. Rural Surveyor: Chris Templar BSc (Hons), MRICS, FAAV Chris joined Bletsoes in April 2012, after spending two years working for another firm in the East Midlands. Chris graduated from Harper Adams University College in 2010, having attained a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise & Land Management. Following completion of his degree, Chris passed his professional exams and became a full member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in late 2011.
